At CHELSEY TAPIA APRN, Professional Corporation, we strive to provide the best medical care for our patients. We accept most major health insurance plans in the region. However, if your plan is not listed, we can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursements. Please note that deductibles and copayments may apply with any health plan.

OUR ACCEPTED HEALTH PLANS
    We currently accept a wide range of health insurance plans, including but not limited to HealthPLUS, Medical Insurance Co., All Insure, Inc., MedCare, ABC Insurance, and Alternative Care. Our goal is to ensure that our patients have access to the care they need, and we are committed to working with various insurance providers to make that possible.
BILLING AND INSURANCE FAQ

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to address common questions about billing and insurance:
- You will receive a copy of your bill, and after your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.
- Typically, it takes 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.
- Each physician who provides professional services will send you a separate bill, including your own physician, other physicians who conducted tests and procedures, and consulting physicians chosen by your primary physician to read and interpret test results. This may include specialists in various fields such as anesthesiology, cardiology, emergency medicine, nuclear medicine, pathology, radiology, or urodynamics. You will be responsible for paying these bills as well.
- If we receive any information from your insurance company, we'll gladly share it with you. However, for detailed information about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, it's best to check directly with your insurance company.
